More on Frankfurt
So, I just read Knechtel's post, and felt like I would add a bit in the 5 minutes we have before our time in the internet cafe runs out.
Germanz is a neat place. Even though I'd never been here, it looks like I would have expected. The citz is a cross between a small citz and the buildings that i remember seeing in the german section of bush gardens. And, all over the streets are stands selling sausage! mmmmmm.
It is disconserting walking around and not knowing what anzone is sazing. even in thailand, all business was conducted in english. but here, when zou walk up to anz counter to order food or anzthing, thez address zou in german. zou have to ask them to switch the conversation to english.
Anzwaz, we did make it here, and we've each slept less than 2 hours in the last 30, which has been stressful at best. our flight arrived in europe when our bodies thought it was midnight, but here it was 7am! anzwaz, tiem to go. hopefullz more interesting updates to come as we actuallz get into the business of doing stuff.
